MOUNT SAPO
Out of your head, into your body™
Bodycare, made to be felt

We’ve forever been in awe of @luciapicaofficial – her vision and artistry — so seeing our All‑Over Oil + All‑Rounder Balm in her @thecut ‘uses‑to‑the‑last‑drop’ article, feels like epic and like a little milestone we don’t want to forget.
Being part of her ritual feels beyond special. “I like to put a little bit of the Mount Sapo balm on top to add some glow.” 💛

After spending years working long hours in a demanding job as an art director, I was left feeling depleted. I spent so much time with a perpetually occupied mind and had the sense of being increasingly disassociated from my body. Instead, I wanted to spend less time just in my head, and refocus my attention on my body and what it was experiencing.
It was this that led me to create Mount Sapo all-over-oil, to make good use of the simple gesture of touch. Making a daily practice of soaking up the sensations, noticing what otherwise goes ignored.
It helps me find at least a bit of time to get out of my head and tune into my body, nourishing it with a blend of organic plant oils and just my hands, has become an essential part of my everyday.

Still one of our favourite things to have happened. Mount Sapo in @mother_tongue_magazine – a magazine we actually read, adore, and makes us feel seen.

The one you'll actually finish. Eighteen botanicals. One bottle. For everywhere!

For the ones who hold it all.
Gabor Maté calls women “the shock absorbers of society”—a phrase that feels all too real and one that we come to regularly as Mount Sapo's 'why'. The emotional buffering, the caretaking, the recalibrating of everyone else’s needs...
Whether it’s a mother figure, a friend who mothers, or you yourself, this could be a gentle nudge: tuning into your own body matters too.
No oil will solve it all but the smallest rituals to feel something and soften briefly, can help re-centre, even for a moment.

THE CALLIPYGIAN CURVE – Aphrodite’s hips. Coca-Cola bottles. Chair legs. Design has long mirrored the female form...sometimes admiring, often appropriating.
'Woman as Design' charts how the shape of a woman’s body—particularly the bum—was borrowed, stylised, and reimagined into everyday objects. From soda packaging to architecture, sensual curves became symbols of allure, often detached from the women they originated from.
We’re big fans of the bum. Soft, dimpled, peachy, powerful—our most expressive curve. Too often treated as an object to sculpt or sell, and too rarely honoured as part of a lived, feeling body.

It’s so easy to overlook the simple gesture of touch. We tend to think of touch as something we give to others, but it begins with ourselves. A simple, quiet gesture like oiling your legs slowly or massaging the balm into your feet can send powerful signals of calm, safety, and connection to the body.

MOUNT SAPO FACIALS 🤲🏻
Our facial residency at @teto_studio has been such a special highlight of this past year and a real haven. The very best part is always the insanely brilliant women I get to meet – gosh I can't wait to be back with you all soon!
With my next baby due any minute, we've taken a small pause on MS facials but will be back shortly, when life finds its new rhythm.
Huge thank you to angel Tomoko — adore you!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
