The independent short film 'Jojo Lost His Shoe' boasts a diverse ensemble cast, including Leila Gwynne, Jenny Dy Tiapco, Mara Nacionales, Bryan Yap, Auberon Gwynne, and Aaryan Lalwani, promising a poignant performance exploring themes of love, resilience, and family bonds amidst adversity. The film showcases unwavering dedication to supporting family members through the portrayals by actors such as Bryan Yap and Mara Nacionales. Featuring younger talents Leila and Auberon Gwynne and Aaryan Lalwani alongside seasoned performers, the film authentically represents a multi-generational Filipino-Australian household. This project furthers the initiative to promote Filipino-centric narratives in Australian film, with Jenny Dy Tiapco playing a pivotal role. The cast's real-life connections ensure a nuanced and believable on-screen family unit. Christie Rivera, Miles Paras, and Felino Dolloso are also part of the cast, alongside the aforementioned actors. Produced by Dianne Diaz, Dulce Aguilar, Jade Nacionales, and Felino Dolloso, the film features Rex Paragas's screenplay, masterfully captured through Ferry Lie's cinematography and Felino Dolloso's direction. An imminent premiere release is slated for this highly anticipated film.

The film follows a three generation family living in one household preparing to attend a function. But just as they are about to leave, Jojo loses his favourite shoe, and now the whole family must deal with it.
