Crafted fresh each morning, our truffle cheese crumpets begin with a carefully prepared batter, proved to develop a delicate network of bubbles. Cooked low and slow in rings until perfectly aerated, the crumpet is gently turned to achieve a golden finish.

Once rested, they are portioned and finished with a smooth truffle cream cheese, a generous grating of Spenwood, and a light scattering of chives, resulting in a refined balance of texture and depth of flavor.
