Lilac wine 🍷

Although originally by Nina Simone it was the Jeff Buckley version that got to me first. I feel like the songs I love most often mix similar themes, sad and sexy. The line “I drink much more than I want to drink, because it brings me back you” is pure melodramatic perfection. Let’s raise a glass to lilac wine, Jeff and Nina.
