If Iβm honest, there are moments when I feel like the brand isnβt growing, but that usually happens when I compare myself to other brands that are often much bigger than mine, with teams behind every department. Building a dream takes time, work and often sacrifice, especially when youβve built it from 0 investment and have done practically everything yourself for so long.
This year, Iβve already made some BIG behind the scenes changes that are really going to help me (not instantly but will definitely be working in my favour by the end of the summer) after realising I need to let go in order to grow. One of the best things I invested in was a course with mentorship that has given me so much motivation and simple strategies to manage the business better. I also have a seamstress coming on board very soon to help get your orders out quicker and give me more time back in the business to execute so many exciting projects > pop ups > newww designs (some really cool ideas that have been on the back burner for monthsβ¦ years if Iβm honest π±), @irelandfashionweekβ¦ the list keeps growing π β‘
