Meet Harold Dakin, also known as Pops 💙 After losing his wife of 67 years, and battling dementia, he stepped into the gym for the very first time 2 years ago. At 91 years old, he works out 5 days a week with his trainer, Kelly Sandt, and is in the best shape of his life.

Today, he took an extra step in his fitness journey & committed to our GO!60 60-day challenge. He continues to prove that anything is possible when you commit to yourself & take care of your health. You are an inspiration to us all, Pops ✨💪
