To break this myth, we ran a case study on Jay Shetty’s YouTube channel and found that a massive ecosystem of short clips across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts was launched alongside his long-form episodes, driving millions of views back to the long-form content and creating atypical spikes in viewership.
