🧘 The lovely @rachellindarsyoga led a slow, meditative yin yoga class
🍃 Functional Medicine Health Coach, @pippanightingalewellness, guided a stress-resilience walk-shop around Brandon Hill
💬 Our MD, Rob, was on-hand to talk all things mental health first aid and upcoming local @talkclubcharity activities - such as The Talk Club Cup next Friday at Ashton Gate!

Another uplifting volunteer day with @access_sportuk 🤝

There are countless reasons why we do this - a day away from screens is a good start - but ultimately it comes down to 3 main reasons:

1) We get the opportunity to provide hands-on support one of our fantastic charity partners
2) Our members can get involved and see first-hand why we're so committed to local impact in Bristol
3) The volunteers finish their day feeling like they made a difference, however small.

The weather was trying at times, but we made the best of it, and even got to try out the BMX bikes! 🚲

The theme was Creatives, but as we went around the table, each attendee naturally shared what creativity means to them beyond their main job title - such as making music, photography, yoga, or travel.

As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we were honoured to have Gavin from @talkclubcharity join us, despite it being such a busy month for their team. It was incredible to hear that they're now working with 28 prisons across the UK, and that the most powerful tool in their kit is, time and again, a simple one: How are you? Out of 10?

Parents around the table shared how naturally the question translates at home with their children. It's a question that invites introspection, without the need for an answer. Talk Club's mission to improve men's mental health will have an impact for generations to come.

Our birthday month did not disappoint. Even with the Easter slowdown, the space stayed full of energy with new members joining, events in full swing, and plenty of community activities.

We're amazed by the number of insightful events taking place in our Presentation Suite each month, and we love seeing the variety of professionals from different industries come through our doors.

The cherry on the cake (because we are a community of foodies, after all) was getting to move the Origin Social to the roof terrace for the first time this year! Here’s hoping that’s the start of a summer full of rooftop socials.
