Want to have a say in creative projects in your area? Now’s the perfect time to get involved!

OUTSIDE has two brilliant Advisory Groups - INSIDERS (for ages 14–18) and OUTSIDERS (18+) - and now is a great time to get involved as we start planning our next phase of activity. ✨

These groups help shape what we do, from sharing ideas and giving feedback, to helping decide which projects we fund (plus the odd fun trip along the way!).

No experience needed - just curiosity, creativity and a willingness to get stuck in 💛

🌈 Applications are now open for stalls at Pride in the Moorlands 🌈

We’re inviting makers, charities, organisations and community groups to join us at Leek Market Place for this year’s Pride celebration on Sunday 28th June.

We are especially keen to hear from groups and individuals who support, celebrate or work alongside the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you’d like to share information, sell handmade goods, promote your organisation or connect with the community, we’d love to hear from you ✨

Market stalls will be provided.

The Festival of Brilliant gets LOUD this half term!📚✨

Join us for a hands-on creative electronics workshop where children can design and build their very own sound buttons.

📅 Friday 29th May 2026
📍 Cheadle Library | 9.30am-10.30am & 11.00am-12.00pm
📍 Werrington Library | 2.30pm-3.30pm & 4.00pm-5.00pm

Aged 6+ | FREE activity

In this playful workshop, children will:
🔌 Learn the basics of electronic circuitry
🎛️ Experiment with switches, sensors and sound modules
🎨 Create a personalised sound button to take home
👀 Get a sneak peek into Noisy Noise Noise, coming to Festival of Brilliant this July

Whether they love making, building or just making noise — this is a hands-on creative adventure not to miss.

✨ This Thursday, don’t miss your chance to dance ✨

Our weekly tap dance sessions are back at The Victoria Centre in Biddulph with Teresa Pattison, and we’d love to see you there.

These friendly classes are designed for all abilities, with no experience needed and no special shoes required. Just turn up, try something new and enjoy moving together in a relaxed, supportive space.

You can take part standing or seated, and stay afterwards for refreshments and a friendly chat.
