This year, a small revolution appeared on the Opera façade: the Panasonic PT-RQ45 made its debut in a live public show 🎥
In 2023, six PT-RQ32 projectors were needed to illuminate the Voix du Nord building. In 2026, only three PT-RQ45 powered the Opera Mapping — twice the brightness, half the footprint.
The piece, created by mammasONica (Video Mapping Awards 2025) with music by The_diish 🎶, made the building feel alive.
At the same time, Lille hosted hashtag#IBSIC (9–11 April), gathering the global mapping community — reinforcing its role as a hub for visual innovation 🌍
