Kunstner, gartner, landskapsarkitekt: Frauke Materlik's praksis er forankret i 25+ sesonger med profesjonelt hagearbeid i dialog med klima, jord, årstider og spenningen mellom kontroll og det å gi slipp. Hun kaller sine verk fiktive landskap, forhandlinger mellom det materielle og det immaterielle. Performance, fotografi, hagebruk, installasjon — alltid i samtale med steder og arter, invitert og vist internasjonalt. Grunnlegger av Kunstverein Lunden.

Kyuja Bae er 7/9 deltakende kunstnere, medkurator og organisator for among others, nature Bergen Internasjonale Performance Festival 2026 (BIPF). Bae er en tverrfaglig kunstner bosatt i Norge, opprinnelig fra Sør-Korea. Hun har en helhetlig tilnærming til dansekunst, og ser på dans som en måte å leve på og lære livets dypere verdier og meninger. Dans som et poetisk ritual i selve livet. Hennes nyere kunstneriske utforskning handler om den meditative kroppen, hvor hun kombinerer bevegelse med meditasjon og mindfulness for å få en dypere forståelse av energiens flyt i og rundt oss. Hun har en mastergrad i koreografi fra Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Bae is an interdisciplinary artist based in Norway originally from South Korea. She has a holistic approach to dance art, seeing dance as a way of living and learning deeper values/meanings of life. Dance as a poetic ritual of life itself. Her recent artistic research concerns Meditative Body, combining movements with meditation and mindfulness to have a deeper understanding about the flow of energy in us and around us. She holds a Master's degree in choreography at Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Hun har et sterkt feministisk og økologisk engasjement, som er lekent og ikonoklastisk, og balanserer det seriøse med det absurde på en delikat måte. Hennes performanser fokuserer på en kroppsliggjort, hverdagslig opplevelse av verden, og hun arbeider med sopp, jord, dritt og poteter. For GraceGraceGrace skrev Meynell et manifest om kvinner og aldring og et artikkel om kvinnedrap. Av og til er hun en håpløs korsanger for Clippetyclop og PISS.

For GraceGraceGrace, Meynell wrote a Manifesto on women & aging and a broadsheet on Femicide. Occasionally she is a hopeless backing singer for Clippetyclop and PISS.

Sichi flyttet til Europa i 2012, og hens kunstneriske vei har gått fra Italia til Tyskland, og hen har jobbet på tvers av opera, teater, performance og tverrfaglig kunst. Formet av migrasjon og skeivhet, utforsker Sichis praksis flytende identiteter mellom øst og vest, historie og nåtid, kjønn og kropp, og tar for seg erfaringer med forskyvning, synlighet og transformasjon.

Shaped by migration and queerness, Sichi’s practice explores fluid identities between East and West, history and the present, gender and the body, addressing experiences of displacement, visibility, and transformation.

Rodrigues er en kunstner bosatt i Vila Nova de Gaia. Å gå fungerer som en grunnleggende gest for å aktivere relasjoner mellom kropp, objekt, rom og fellesskap.

Flávio Rodrigues (b. 1984, Portugal) is 2/9 participating artists at among others, nature Bergen International Performance Festival 2026 (BIPF). Rodrigues is an artist based in Vila Nova de Gaia. Since 2006, his practice moves between performance, drawing, installation and sculpture, developing process-based and often site-specific works. Walking functions as a foundational gesture to activate relationships between body, object, space and community.

The artist-group Baham consists of artists working with a broad spectrum of materialities and disciplines. What brings them together is their collective response to being placed on earth—right in the middle of a whirlwind of chaos, war, grief, pain, and rapid environmental change. Their work communicates and tells stories of people, personal experiences, and the ongoing feeling of trying to belong. It speaks of humanity in all its forms and emotions through printmaking, weaving, and performance, while welcoming the audience to explore, navigate, and feel.
