Bishop Miege has been named a 2025-26 Project Lead The Way Distinguished High School! We're honored to be one of only FIVE high schools in Kansas and the only private school in the state to receive this recognition!

Fun fact: MY elementary school in District 54 was named after Neil Armstrong, and for whatever reason, that connection always stuck with me. Ever since then, following the Apollo missions has been a longtime fascination and favorite pastime of mine. 🌌✨

That’s why seeing these students choose this topic made this project even more exciting. Watching the cross-collaboration between social studies and science come alive through research, creativity, and presentation is exactly what learning should be about. 📚🔬🌍

A huge shout out to Mrs. Tamulis and Mrs. Morrison for mentoring and supporting these students throughout their project journey. Teachers who inspire curiosity help launch the next generation of explorers. 🚀👏
