An eye-opening documentary, Bucks Harbor, directed by @pete_k_muller, explores the inner lives of the fishermen, young and old, and the emotional complexity of growing up in a community where a man’s worth is often defined by the strength of his back.

The film will have its world premiere at @berlinale on the 14th of February.

So excited to share that ROSEMEAD, directed by Eric Lin, will premiere at @tribeca in the US Narrative Competition!

Based on a true story, Rosemead follows Irene, a Chinese immigrant mother driven to desperate measures by her unstable son’s escalating mental health crisis and growing obsession with mass shootings.

We are excited to share that Lucky Lu, directed by Lloyd Lee Choi (@lloydleechoi) will premiere at the 57th edition of Directors’ Fortnight (@quinzaine_des_cineastes), the independent selection alongside the Festival de Cannes (@festivaldecannes)!

Set in the vibrant streets of New York City, Lucky Lu tells the story of a Chinese delivery driver who discovers his e-bike has been stolen. With his family en route after many years apart, Lu must contend with a community that has turned its back on him while he tries to replace the only thing promising to keep his family afloat.

Another film, Eleanor the Great, marking Scarlett Johansson’s directorial debut, will premiere in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival (@festivaldecannes)!

The film tells the heartfelt story of Eleanor Morgenstein, a 90-year-old Floridian woman, who, after the passing of her best friend, moves to New York City and forms an unexpected friendship with a 19-year-old college student.
