I can’t believe it’s been almost 4 yearrssss since this shoot with @mridangawalli and @omarcasablancaa 😮

Life wasss sooooo different but at the same time I still relate so much with my 22 year old self - I was living in Vrindavan with 4 of my best friends, starting to teach kirtan, doing photo and video shoots, working on starting a new business and thinking about travelling a lot.

One thing I can say is we did travel 😂 and SO much has happened - I think more than anything I feel a lot more mature from all the experiences I’ve been through, but at the same time I still have very similar goals and attitude towards life. I’ve learned a lot. And I’ve definitely come a lot further along in my journey 🥹 - need to remind myself of these simple times though and how happy I was still while I continue the hustle 🌸✨😂

One thing I can say for certain is your always going to feel better after singing this mantra ✨✨✨

Recently I’ve had a lot of people that I havnt connected with in a while congratulate me on my success saying things like “you have been doing amazing on social media” or “your killing it” “living the dream” and my response keeps being like - oh? I guess? Yea?

It’s interesting to me how in my own mind I still feel like I’m absolutely at the very beginning. And don’t get me wrong it’s so reassuring and sweet and kind and encouraging to hear such things, and it is a good reminder of how far I have come, BUT life is long journey and choosing a career that’s absolutely full of uncertainly definitely takes its toll mentally. The hustle to stay inspired is often harder than the actual work 🤷‍♀️ there are many moments where I question what I’m doing and honestly the truth is I just don’t have the luxury to stop believing in myself- there isn’t really a plan B in my mind. So I keep going and growing and learning and I guess maybe yea - I’m doing ok?!?
