During this time, I was living completely on my own in my own apartment, doing everything solo. Looking back, I’m grateful I experienced how difficult it was because before then, I had taken a lot of things in life for granted.

It was also during this season that I truly experienced the love of God. There were nights I was cross-faded, crying on the floor, completely broken. Many nights I cried myself to sleep, and many others I couldn’t sleep at all because I was terrified someone would break in — even though those fears were only in my head.

The only place I felt safe enough to rest was inside my closet. That’s where I began begging God for help because I didn’t want to lose myself. The desperation was consuming me.

My prayers were answered, even if I couldn’t see it at the time. Everything started falling apart so quickly, but looking back now, it was all a blessing in disguise.

God is always there, and you are never alone. Call on Him when you are weary. Jeshua, Yahweh, and the Holy Spirit are the answer.

May you come to see the light.
