Meet the Head Chef
Nic steps into the role of Head Chef at The Queen’s with a food story shaped far beyond one kitchen. His love for cooking was sparked by travelling the world and eating local food wherever he landed, flavours first, rules second. That curiosity eventually took him to Australia, where he worked across fast-paced festival kitchens, turning out gourmet farm-to-plate burgers and pizzas for hungry crowds who wanted bold food done properly.
Back in the UK, Nic joined The Queen’s as a development chef, working closely alongside the former Head Chef to refine his craft and understand the heartbeat of the pub and its customers.
After a scorcher of a few days, the rain is here! but don’t worry, the vibe’s still strong at The Queen’s Head. Doors open from 4:00pm today. Come cosy up with a pint or grab a bite to eat in great company.
