Breathwork is the most powerful way to circulate Spinal Fluid down, and most importantly back UP, the Central Nervous System.

A Retention is when we conclude a series of intentional hyperventilation with a big inhale, hold, and squeeze starting at our Root Chakra (pelvic floor), then tightening our abdomen, and finally squeezing our entire body, meant to ascend this Life Force back up to our Crown Chakra (pituitary gland).

Once you decide you are finished receiving, you let it all go. Releasing all the air and all the tension from the body.

Time to enjoy total relaxation.
Your body is fully satisfied.
You need nothing.
Not even air.

A Suspension is when you empty your lungs completely and remain in this vacuum. How ever long you are able to comfortably lay at the bottom of this climactic exhale, is a direct indicator of your CO2 resistance, which is closely correlated with the health of your respiratory and nervous system.

Thank you to my cousin, our new friends, and GOD for making this possible. We have the blessing of living in an inconceivably diverse world.

If you have life in your body or an ounce of wonder in your heart, I urge you to WORK and THINK. Figure out a way to travel because these trips are not just possible, they are inevitable for ANYBODY that sets their mind to it.

The value of getting out of your local is so immense that I cannot even describe, I can just ask you to trust me.

I have taken a long break from posting on my feed but I am back to say this.

Hey Family Guess What!

Yes the rumors are true. I moved to Miami and got MARRIED! It has finally come time for me to settle down and enjoy a nice quiet life, with a steady job and just enough time to see my friends on the weekend if I am lucky!

Although I doubt I actually fooled anyone that even barely knows me, you know I like to have fun. I have indeed moved to Miami Beach and I could not be more grateful for the limitless opportunities this place has to offer.

Including the opportunity for me to spend some time in front of the camera instead of just holding it!!
