Our grantee Requity is gaining national attention, featured in USA Today and The Baltimore Banner for their innovative approach to youth workforce development and community impact.

As the country faces a growing shortage of skilled trades workers, programs like Requity are creating real pathways for young people to enter high-demand careers, earn a living wage, and avoid the burden of excessive student debt.

BCYF invests in programs that meet real community needs, ensuring young people have access to opportunities that are both relevant and transformative!
