I played some amazing shows this year, the highlight being performing on Jigsore at the last ever @balterfestival , alongside my @varispeed303 fam.
Practising sobriety is a tough journey, and I've had my slips and falls, but I feel like I've come out in the end a stronger and more confident person. The hardest thing at the moment is reconfiguring my social life and working towards building strong relationships away from that stuff but we can get there.
I finally got diagnosed with ADHD and autism (I know, SHOCKING) giving me a lot of clarity and personal understanding that I lacked in previous years.
Ambitions are fun, but they’re not sustainable without patience. I’ve been slowing down, taking things in small stages, living cleaner… and honestly, medication is amazing. Feels like I’m finally a proper version of myself...almost.
All the love to my partner, friends, family, and fans — you're the reason I'm still here and fighting to be the best version of me.
I feel like I'm finally in a place to realise my ambitions, and hopefully my 29th year on this earth will be transformative.
I can't wait to find out.

Towards the end of the year it became clear that my lifestyle had become untenable and threatened to corrupt my life beyond the point of no return.
Since then I have been working on myself and being active in my approach to practising sobriety when I am able to and working to building a better future for me and the ones I love.
And I have to remember that even though sometimes I may slip and fall back into bad habits, that the important thing is to keep trying so I can reach the potential I know I have.
