🌀:Känner du att du har svårt att manifestera ditt drömliv? Går du runt i en oändlig spiral av negativitet och känner stress och oro inför små moment i livet?
💙:Detta sker ofta för att vi är fast i det som är bekvämt och inte går utanför vår comfort zone. Istället kan vi börja KÄNNA in det som är jobbigt, förstå vart den känslan kommer från och sen SLÄPPA taget för att lämna plats för nya moment.
🌬️: Jag har personligen alltid haft svårt att släppa taget. Oavsett om det gällde platser/relationer/gamla mönster och allt däremellan. Det här beror dels på att min anknytningstil är anxious/orolig. Efter en rad olika trauman i mitt liv, levt många år som people pleaser och tryckt ner mig själv, så har jag insett att det inte är JAG.
- DU är inte en osäker person,
- DU är inte otillräcklig,
- DU är inte olyckligt lottad.

2025 var dansens år, freestylens år och ormens år.
Denna dag var det @sarettii_5148 låt TRIBE som kickade ut mig från min comfort zone till gatan för att låta musiken och dansen sammansvetsas som en tango.
Sarettii, din musik har inspirerat många gånger och tribe likaså. Uppskattar din råhet och hur du låter din resa och inre liv manifesteras i beats, ton och uttryck.
Ni som varit med några år bakåt vet kanske att jag har använt min Instagram som min öppna dagbok. Jag brukade lägga upp flertal freestyles per vecka från min lägenhet på 19kvm som inte var speciellt ”aesthetic” eller ”clean girl”.
Jag tillät inte rädsla, perfektion eller judgement komma i vägen för att posta mina freestyles och kreativa uttryck.
Flera år senare så har jag börjat märka hur jag istället för att bli mer fri och tillåtande.. blivit MER dömande, MER perfektionistisk och mindre tillåtande mot mig själv.
Varför?
Säkert flera anledningar. Säkert djupare än vad man kan tro. Men det är något intressant i denna utveckling som jag vill notera.
Och oavsett om du är dansare, trummis eller producent så har jag en känsla av att många kan relatera till denna känslan.
Att man tidigare i livet inte övertänkte sina val lika mycket som i nutid och att längta tillbaka till den levande versionen av sig själv.
Mitt message med detta inlägg är att påminna mig själv (och kanske inspirera andra) till att NOT LET YOUR PERFECTIONIST MIND STOP YOU FROM SHARING YOUR ART AND PLAYING WITH IT!!!
