Then we have the fantastic @11thstepyoga leading an Anatomy Workshop on July 9-11th. **Time TBA** Both of these events will be an amazing opportunity to learn more about your practice as well as fellowship with your community here at Stretch! See you on the mat!

Don’t worry about trying to get the full posture right every time. If you’re new to the practice, try these set ups to prepare your body for Tree Pose, Hands to Feet Pose, and Standing Head To Knee.
