Surfing has given me a lot.
It’s shaped my life, my friendships, and how I move through the world.

But staying able to do it — year after year — has required way more than just time in the water.

Training, rebuilding after injuries, and learning how to take care of my body as I’ve gotten older has become just as important to me.

Enough so that I decided to share it.

I’m starting to work with a small number of men online who want to feel strong and capable again, and get fit for life.
