We are deeply honored to share that SingleThread has been named La Liste’s 2026 #1 Restaurant USA and #1 Restaurant in the world.

This extraordinary recognition is a testament to the passion, drive, and artistry of our entire team, from the fields of our farm to our dining room, and every hand in between. The unwavering commitment of this team brings our vision to life each day, telling the story of our farm, our kitchen, and the deep connection between agriculture and hospitality that defines us.

To receive this distinction on a global scale is deeply humbling. We are proud to bring this honor home to Sonoma County, celebrating the craft, collaboration, and sense of place that define SingleThread.

Thank you to @laliste1000 for this tremendous recognition, and to our farmers, chefs, artisans, partners, and guests who continue to inspire and support us on this journey.

Congratulations to our entire SingleThread family!

Our team is feeling immense gratitude as we proudly announce our place as #8 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, along with being named Best Restaurant in the West USA and receiving the Sustainable Restaurant Award.

This recognition reflects the dedication and passion of our entire SingleThread family, whose work is rooted in creating meaningful experiences for our guests and fostering good food systems. We are especially proud of our Farm Team, whose thoughtful care of the land in Sonoma continues to inspire every dish and every story we share at the table.

We are deeply grateful to @theworlds50best for these honors and for highlighting the spirit of hospitality, stewardship, and connection that guide us at SingleThread.

Congratulations to all our peers and incredible teams in the industry that were awarded last night!

On April 26th,  we welcomed guests to @truewestfilmcenter in downtown Healdsburg for a screening of ThroughLine: The Final Cut — the homecoming of our traveling cinematic dining experience, presented in collaboration with @opentable x Visa, and in association with @miele and @audiusa.

Following acclaimed residencies in Park City, New York City, and the Hudson Valley, we couldn’t be more honored to bring these films back to where the story began and share them with the community at the heart of our story.

Guests gathered for a screening of our eight-part film, directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker @jtaylorsmith, exploring the farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and artisans whose work shapes our kitchen and our ethos. After the screening, Director @jtaylorsmith, sea urchin diver @seastephanie, cattle rancher Will Densberger of Knights Valley Wagyu, Chef Kyle Connaughton, and Katina Connaughton joined guests for an intimate Q&A in the theater, reflecting on the origins of ThroughLine, the evolution of the project, and the deep relationships at the heart of our food systems.

The evening continued on the rooftop with champagne, and oysters shucked by our sea urchin diver @seastephanie, before guests were welcomed into the dining room for a 10-course dinner. Each course designed as a continuation of the films, celebrating the producers and purveyors met on screen and showcasing ingredients like madai, Santa Barbara sea urchin, and Sonoma wagyu, each dish a reflection of the relationships and landscapes that ThroughLine set out to honor.

Thank you for joining us for an evening of film, conversation, and the stories that connect us to our food.

Join us for a special afternoon on Saturday, May 16th, celebrating Japanese clay pot cooking with Naoko Takei Moore, author of Simply Donabe. A longtime friend of Kyle Connaughton and co-author of Donabe: Classic and Modern Japanese Clay Pot Cooking, Naoko has been instrumental in sharing the traditions and everyday beauty of donabe cooking with home cooks around the world.

The afternoon will begin with a culinary demonstration featuring recipes from Simply Donabe, highlighting the beauty and versatility of cooking with traditional Japanese clay pots. Using seasonal ingredients harvested from the SingleThread Farm, Naoko will share simple techniques and thoughtful approaches that bring warmth, nourishment, and connection to the table.

Following the demonstration, Chef Kyle will host a conversation and Q&A with Naoko, exploring the traditions behind donabe cooking, the inspiration behind Simply Donabe, and how these timeless techniques can be incorporated into everyday home cooking.
The event will conclude with a book signing, where guests will have the opportunity to meet Naoko and have their copy of Simply Donabe (1 copy included in ticket price) personally signed.

To help you bring these dishes to life, Naoko has hand-selected a collection of artisanal pantry staples from @thejapanesepantry, making it easy to explore donabe cooking at home.

All guests are also invited to join a guided tour of the SingleThread Farm at 4:00 pm following the event.

Reserve your spot, link in bio to book.

Join us this Sunday, April 26th —In collaboration with @opentable x Visa and in association with partners @miele and @audiusa, SingleThread invites you to experience ThroughLine in Healdsburg for the first time.

Following the acclaimed traveling residencies in Park City, New York City, and the Hudson Valley, our immersive film-and-dining experience returns to where its story began. ThroughLine: The Final Cut brings home the films, producers, and ingredients that define the ethos of our cinematic dining experience.

Join us at the @truewestfilmcenter in downtown Healdsburg for a screening of our eight-part film told through the lens of Emmy-nominated director Justin Taylor Smith. Each film offers an intimate look into the stories of the farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and artisans whose work shapes our ecosystem. Together, they reveal the craft, collaboration, and stewardship behind every ingredient that makes its way to our kitchen.

Following the screening, we invite you into an intimate conversation and Q&A with Director @jtaylorsmith, sea urchin diver @seastephanie, cattle rancher Will Densberger of Knights Valley Wagyu, along with Chef Kyle Connaughton, and Katina Connaughton, reflecting on the origins of ThroughLine, the evolution of the project, and the deep relationships at the heart of our food systems.

The evening continues at SingleThread with a rooftop champagne reception before being welcomed into the dining room for a 10-course dinner. Designed as a continuation of the films, the curated menu celebrates the producers and ingredients introduced on screen, offering culinary artistry and storytelling that bridges ThroughLine’s narrative. A thoughtful pairing selection, and wines by the glass and by the bottle, will be available.

Reservations for OpenTable and Visa Present ThroughLine: The Final Cut are available through the OpenTable x Visa Dining Collection for eligible Visa credit cards. Terms and Conditions apply. Join us on May 6th for an extraordinary evening celebrating the singular wines of @yquem. A vertical showcase of vintages going back 75 years paired with an 8-course tasting menu. At the heart of Sauternes, Yquem is born from a rare confluence of terroir, climate, and the delicate transformation of noble rot—yielding wines of remarkable depth, luminosity, and complexity.

Guided by a philosophy that embraces risk in pursuit of perfection, each vintage is shaped by meticulous, selective harvesting and generations of savoir-faire, often producing no more than a single glass per vine. The result is a wine of profound intensity and elegance, capable of evolving gracefully over decades.

We are honored to welcome @pierre_lurton , President of Château d’Yquem, who will be on hand to guide and elevate this special experience. “Spring work is going on with joyful enthusiasm.” - John Muir

Pictured above is our snap pea intermezzo, a course built entirely around the pea at the height of its season — herbal and bright, layered with matcha wasabi chantilly, yuba stracciatella, pea pistou, olive oil pâte de fruit, and finished with cooling pea sorbet and mint dippin’ dots.

We look forward to welcoming you in May to experience the height of spring in Sonoma County.

Reservations for the restaurant are now available through May 31st, and for the Inn through June 30th.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
