Small photo dump from our (@megmstark ) trip to Oregon earlier this month. We brought our quickly (🫣!) developing baby girl on her first trip and did a lot of hiking, running, and relaxing! I ran the Smith Rock Ascent 50k (and promised Meg to never do the 😜🤙🏼 in race photos ever again because it never looks as good as it feels 😅😂), we hiked around the Cascades, Meg inspected tidal pools, we spoiled ourselves with a room on the coast, and enjoyed a lot of great food and drink. Oregon gets better and better every time I visit.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to travel to the Western States Endurance Race in California and crew for @merrell ambassador @ragnadebats
If you’re unfamiliar, this is the world’s oldest (and one of the top) 100-mile trail races in the country. It starts in Olympic Valley and traverses Northern California mountains all the way to Auburn, going over 18k’ of elevation gain along the way.
Coming off the heels of my first ultra marathon one week prior, this event is pinnacle inspiration and awe. Ragna ran an amazing race where the heat climbed into triple digits, taking home third place in the women’s category and 10th overall. To put it bluntly, she killed it. Additionally, she broke the 19-year standing women’s masters record for the course by over 30 minutes. Proud, encouraged, and excited aren’t enough words to describe the emotion I feel coming off this weekend, but they’re a good start.
Congratulations Ragna, thanks for the opportunity to crew, and we can’t wait to see you blazing trails again soon.

June is Great Outdoors Month and @merrell is making a solid argument that everything is greater outdoors, like learning how to throw pottery!
A little over a year ago my wife @mmspottery took a pottery class at @potterylanegr and was instantly hooked. Fast forward to today and we now have a pottery studio in our basement and are prepping for the Fulton Street Artisan’s Market this Sunday from 11-3.
But this week, with the sun shining and flowers in bloom, we decided to bring the wheel to the back deck and throw outside.
She’s a great teacher, and I have a lot to learn.

I’d like to dedicate one of each curse word to those that break glass on sidewalks. And additional curses to the un-shoveled sidewalks where said broken glass is invisible.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
