“Weight of Time” by @fallsidebrewing. An 8.0% DIPA, hopped with Citra and Galaxy. Hoppy, creamy, citrus, peach, earthy, grassy. A punchy, sharp flavor from that Galaxy. Highest of quality Galaxy beer. Your heart grows heavier with time. @castonthinice knocking it out of the park. 4.70/5.

“Néréide #2“ by @brasseriebascanada, in collaboration with @nanocinco. A 10.0% TIPA, hopped with Manilita, Nelson, and Riwaka. Hoppy, sweet, grassy, orange and mango, with a bitter finish. These Ba Canada triples are dialed in lately. Really well done collab between these two. 4.50/5.

“Temporalis #0056” by @messorembracitorium. A 10.0% TIPA, hopped with HBC-1183, Citra, and Citra DynaBoost. Rich, juicy, creamy, citrus, full-bodied. Sweet & smooth finish. One of the best series out there right now - every hop combo works seamlessly. 4.55/5.

“Rainbow Caviar” by @rarbrew. A 10.1% Hop Saturated Ale, hopped with Citra, Citra DynaBoost, Citra HyperBoost, Motueka, Riwaka, @freestylehops Peacharine, and Liquid Rainbow Caviar. Ripe, hoppy, chewy, thick, candied peach, pineapple, lemon-lime. The hop burn is back - and in full effect. That’s a Hop Saturated Ale. Undoubtedly one of RaR’s best yet this year. 4.75/5.

“Famine” by @autodidactbeer, in collaboration with @eskerhart, @messorembracitorium, and @twinelephantbrewing. An 8.5% DIPA, hopped with @eggershops Nelson, Anchovy, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Nelson Hop Kief. Hoppy, green, citrus, grapefruit, grassy. Still noticeably green after two weeks. Fantastic version of this 4-way collab. 4.55/5.

“Te Horokoau” by @fidensbrewing. An 8.5% DIPA, hopped with Nelson, Motueka, and Rakau. Creamy, grassy, hop candy, peachy, velvety. The start of a new series named after mountains in New Zealand, with Te Horokoau being the second-tallest. A gem to start the series, this one didn’t last long. Fidens is absolutely crushing it right now. #FidensFriday. 4.75/5.

“Arcole” by @lolevbeer. An 8.5% Ultra Hopped Ale, hopped with Citra, @eggershops Riwaka & Nelson, and @freestylehops Mega Motueka & Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief. Hoppy, saturated, juicy, lemon-lime, grassy, a little bitterness. Some high quality hops used here with a great result. 4.60/5.

“Superbus” by @fidensbrewing. A 10.0% TIPA, hopped with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Eclipse Liquid Lupulin. Hoppy, earthy, grassy, sharp, pineapple, tangerine. Although I’ve never been a huge Galaxy fan, it’s starting to come around on me, especially in beers like this. Simply put, Fidens is on fire right now. 4.55/5.

“HYENA” by @lolevbeer. An 8.8% Ultra Hopped Ale, hopped with @eggershops Riwaka & Nelson, along with @freestylehops NZ Cascade & Riwaka Hop Kief. Ripe, hoppy, chewy, grassy, earthy, with lime, citrus, and passionfruit. Very opaque color. Their releases are constantly evolving, and this one leans back into that pungent, hop soup feel. Really well done, yet again. 4.65/5.

“A Lamb to Slaughter” by @troonbrewing. A 9.2% hoppy ale. Hoppy, creamy, citrusy, tangerine, melon. A bit green as well. Delicious, with all the makings of classic Troon. They’ve been on a bit of a hot streak the last few drops and I’m loving it. #TroonTuesday. 4.65/5.

“Wild Alaskan King Salmon” by @eskerhart, in collaboration with @otherhalfnyc. A 12.0% Quadruple IPA, hopped with @eggershops Nelson and Riwaka, followed by Peacharine, Nectaron, and @freestylehops Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief. Brewed for Esker Hart’s 2nd anniversary. Peachy, grassy, sweet, creamy, bubblegum. Some booze shows, but very smooth for a quad. Great hop bill, and love the can art. 4.60/5.

“INSANE AND RISING” by @deepfriedbeers. An 8.9% DIPA, hopped with 11+ lbs. / barrel of @yakimachief Citra, Citra Incognito, @freestylehops: Nelson, Bliss Process Nelson, and Motueka, Maui Nelson Hop Kief, @abstraxhops: Citra and Nectaron Quantum, and @claytonhops_nz Motueka Amplifire Oil. Hoppy, ripe, saturated, creamy, pineapple, grassy, floral. Another scorcher of a Deep Fried, not surprised. 4.70/5.
