How can organizations build cultures that mobilize people to make the most of AI — for everyone’s benefit?

For thirty years, SYPartners has partnered with organizations to shape their cultures, and we are increasingly helping companies align their adoption of AI with their corporate values and business strategies.

Over the past year, we have spoken to technology, data, legal, policy, and HR leaders from 25 companies across 13 industries to understand what is held in common among those organizational cultures that successfully leverage the benefits of AI. Based on these conversations, we’ve identified critical cultural norms, behaviors, rituals, and incentives that help people adapt and thrive in the era of AI, which we've outlined for all to explore at https://lnkd.in/gYM6xMFf

Last year, SYPartners had the opportunity to support a number of sustainability initiatives in line with the UN’s Climate Conference, COP28 UAE.

This year, we’re committed to supporting organizations throughout MENA in their sustainability transformation. As part of this, we’re excited to announce our partnership with Dubai-based SOMA MATER @somamaterag—a strategic partnership to accelerate impact initiatives. Together, we are equipped with the industry expertise, business and human insight, and design power that will inspire change at a global scale.

“Through our partnership with SYPartners, we have the opportunity to learn from one another, support new avenues of growth, and deliver exceptional work. In doing so, we can unlock the power of our shared reach and network to rebuild ecosystems from within.” — Shaikh Dr. Majid Al Qassimi

SYPartners has accompanied dozens of leaders in navigating seismic shifts in business—toward stakeholder capitalism, equity and inclusion, climate action, the future of work, responsible tech, and many others. This year, we published a new book featuring insights on these topics from our work with CEOs, executive teams, heads of state, and cultural leaders.

The Call Forward features a collection of articles—written by various SYPartners leaders—we hope are a source of inspiration, provocation, and guidance in this time of great possibility.

In times of unknown we tend to shrink and go inward, but it’s more helpful to ask questions that go into the territory of things that are more mysterious or unknown to us. We’ve created a starter list of such questions at beautifulquestions.sypartners.com

Our Superpowers cards are one of our best known tools, so we've decided to highlight the range of Superpowers that exist within our SYP community. Today, meet Kay:

KAY, Sr. Strategist
they/them
Superpower: Vision

"My superpower, Vision, shows up in my work with SYPartners early and often. Envisioning a richer future helps me orient the work we do based on an understanding where we want to go—and if we don’t know where we’re going quite yet, I’m able to present the unique set of possibilities we can reach for.

Knowing my and my teammates superpowers helps me dial specific strengths up or down depending on what the project, and our team needs.

Vision also shows up in the way I imagine my future and how I stay motivated to keep striving for it. It shows up in my rejection of complacency, because I believe there is always something I can do to bring myself and my family a step closer to the future I believe we can make a reality."

Link in bio for more about Superpowers, including how to identify your own.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
