This quite possibly may be the new ladies push-up record here at Tailored Strength!

We strive for all women to work towards hitting 20 unbroken pushups for a standard, which is tough in itself. @leah.jackson___ went ahead and blew that out of the water with 37…yes 37 pushups! (Up from 24 in December of 2024 which was an all time best).
.
This woman impresses me more and more each and every week and it’s been a pleasure to watch her really lean into strength training and to her surprise, ENJOY it 😊.
.
Set fun, realistic goals that fit YOU and your journey. Build the plan then work the steps. Week in, week out. Always check progress along the way, you will be sometimes very impressed!

Now 40 is right around the corner…..Let’s go!
