British Champs Silver Medal!! ✨✨

So much fun to have a hep in British Champs this weekend!! Despite a couple events below par🥴 I came away with 4PBs and an overall heptathlon PB ⚡️

This event definitely tests you, with the inevitable ups & downs, but it was great to compete alongside the most supportive girls after the strangest couple of years of lockdowns😅

A PB ?!? 🤩🤪✨

Traded 7 events for 1 to give the 400m a go and got my first PB in 3 years wooo
