Sunac Guangzhou Grand Theatre
广州融创大剧院
Sunac Guangzhou Grand Theatre - один из самых необычных современных театров Китая, расположенный в городе Гуанчжоу. Здание открылось в 2021 году и быстро стало архитектурной достопримечательностью благодаря ярко-красному фасаду, напоминающему струящуюся шелковую ткань. Театр был спроектирован британским бюро Steven Chilton Architects.
Главная идея проекта связана с историей Гуанчжоу как важного центра «морского Шёлкового пути». Архитекторы вдохновлялись китайской шелковой вышивкой, местным искусством и легендой «Сто птиц поклоняются фениксу». Поэтому фасад покрыт золотистыми изображениями птиц и мифического феникса - символа гармонии, добродетели и лидерства в китайской культуре.
Здание рассчитано примерно на 2000 зрителей. Его внешняя оболочка состоит из тысяч перфорированных алюминиевых панелей, а волнистая форма создаёт эффект движущегося шелка. Особенно впечатляюще театр выглядит вечером, когда подсветка подчёркивает складки фасада.
Интерьер театра тоже необычен. Сцена может трансформироваться для разных видов шоу: от классических спектаклей до масштабных мультимедийных представлений с акробатикой и водными эффектами. В конструкции предусмотрены подвижные платформы, сложные системы подъёма декораций и даже глубокий бассейн под сценой.
Театр расположен в районе Хуаду на севере Гуанчжоу, в огромном развлекательном комплексе «Гуанчжоу Вэнчжуан Вэнлюйчэн» (Sunac Cultural Tourism City). Рядом находятся горнолыжный курорт, тематические парки и отели.
