We have mastered the physics of annihilation long before we have grasped the purpose of our own being. We obsess over the violent borders that only serve to destroy while the great riddle of our existence remains a mystery amongst the stars above us.
One has to wonder what a future history would say about the present day humanity. We are a species that, despite having access to such abundant and profound knowledge and tools, chose the path of self-destruction over the clarity of the stars.
