Life will always find ways to stress us, but it’s our job to choose joy, choose happiness, choose to play! We had the best time playing today! Summer may be coming to a close but that doesn’t mean that the joy has to come to an end. Grateful for a beautiful day, just the just four of us, with tons of laughter and memories created! 🥰 Keep the good vibes going my loves! #happylabordayweekend

I went to the woods with my girl and her whole grade. The woods are 100% out of our comfort zones 🤣 we are beach girls!
But we did it!

I hit 29.5k steps the first day! It was cold. It rained. It was totally annoying but so fun with the kids.

Then yesterday we only had a tiny bit of rain and it got a little easier. We found our strides.

The bathrooms, the cabins. We won’t discuss those. 🤪

This morning the sun was shining its brightest. I did the 3 mile hike for a 2nd time and this time it was way easier.

And that’s the thing. The discomfort, the unknown, it’s only scary till you do it. Then it becomes manageable. The thing you feared most is suddenly surmountable.

And then you can decide if it’s something you want to do again. But this time with information. None of it was worth being scared of. Uncomfortable, yes. Scary, not so much.

Do the things that scare you. Prove to yourself that you can do it, that you can find beauty in new places. And hopefully along the way you’ll connect with a new piece of yourself. I know I did. I hope the kiddos can look back with memories they’ll never forget!

I used to think 8 hours was a luxury. Turns out it’s the most powerful thing I wasn’t doing. No new products, no treatments — just prioritizing sleep this week and the difference is unreal.Of course the caveat is that I was on vacation, so that did make it a much more attainable goal but it was such a beautiful reminder. Our bodies know how to heal themselves. Sometimes we just have to get out of the way.

All the things many of us women are stressing over like collagen and hormones are directly effected by how much sleep we are getting.

✨Your skin repairs itself while you sleep. Collagen production peaks at night, which is why sleep deprivation shows up directly on your face — dullness, puffiness, fine lines.

🛌Sleep is your body’s free reset button. During deep sleep, your body flushes out toxins, regulates hormones, and repairs tissue; no product can replicate that.

😴Beauty sleep is literally a thing. Studies show that people who sleep well are rated as healthier-looking and more approachable than the sleep-deprived versions of themselves. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So stop doom scrolling, put the phone and have some sweet dreams my loves! 🥰 😴

My tonal trainer this morning said, “The state of the world is pretty wild but thankfully there’s protein in everything!” So much we can’t control right now so just making sure I get protein into every meal and snack! 🤷🏽‍♀️ To that note, Ayva and I did a “bad review” of some new snack bars we were trying out.I’m not sure how helpful it is but I do think it’s entertaining lol Ayva reminded me that it was too long but like I said, it’s a poorly done review 🤣 For me, the fun is in watching her little faces as she interacts with me and also the unseen social world that she knows will be watching too.Plus of of course the usual interruptions that happen in our house of 6 lolFinding unique ways to connect with my tween these days and this was a cute one! I hope we make you smile in a world that’s a little scary right now.

03.26, the day my soulmate was born. ✨
You may be getting older but you seem to be getting better with age, just like my favorite wines! 😆🥰
It’s so weird to not be with you today, the house is missing your laughter and your silliness. We, the ones who truly know you, are so lucky to bask in your joy daily. But the world is so lucky to have you too! You bring so much joy to so many with your music!
I could never have gotten through the past three years without you. You’ve been my rock, my partner and my friend through this journey and somehow, we have gotten stronger through it all.Mom would be so proud of the man you have grown into.
I hope you have a beautiful day and know how truly loved you are. We adore you my love. Happy Birthday! Alignment is yours. 11:11

In perfect alignment with her Daddy going diamond 💎 this week, Ayva had her first singing performance on Sunday! She did so incredibly well and we couldn’t be more proud of her hard work and dedication leading up to this.

As a Mom, this moment meant so much more to me than she’ll ever understand. It wasn’t about her “singing well;” for me, my pride was in her confidence and courage. There are still so many things Ayva “needs” me for, but to see her stand up there in her strength gave me such a loud whisper of “You’ve been doing good Mama! It’s all soaking in. And she knows her power.”

Raising children is by far the hardest job I have. I’m constantly questioning myself and wondering if I’m doing a good enough job.

Seeing her ability to let herself shine was everything! She doesn’t need to be a singer by any means, but this confidence will carry her into whatever she chooses and that is what makes me happiest. 🙏🏽

Paris deserves a spot on the grid… but this smile deserves one even more.

Because I’ve had to journey for this smile.

I’ve had to fight for it, pray for it, grieve for it, and slowly call it back home.
And somehow, it shines brighter now than it ever did before.

Women carry worlds within them.
We are asked to be so many things to so many people—wife, mother, daughter, caretaker, builder, healer, holder of it all. The world is quick to tell us who we should be, while our soul quietly whispers for us to remember who we truly are.

And then sometimes life breaks you open.
You lose a parent, and suddenly the axis of your world is gone.
Yet somehow, you are still expected to keep turning for everyone else.

But with time…
with devotion to your own healing…
with tears, remembrance, honesty, and the willingness to face what hurts most…
you begin again.

Not as the woman you once were because she doesn’t live here anymore. But as the woman grief has deepened.

You do not rebuild by erasing the pain.
You rebuild by growing around it.
The ache expands your heart.
The loss teaches you sacred boundaries.
Your peace becomes precious.
Your energy becomes intentional.
And your worth is no longer measured by what others think, but by the truth you now carry within.

Sometimes life breaks us open so that a stronger, truer version of ourselves can emerge.

So this is your reminder:
We can rise again.
We can grow through what breaks us.
And sometimes the smile we return with is more radiant than the one we had before.

Nothing says spring time like zucchini banana muffins! I know I drive you all crazy when I post my food photos and don’t share the recipe, so today I am coming through for you! These are so delicious and still healthy which you know is always my goal!

I love using bananas in my baking recipes to get the natural sweetness that we often crave.I also love using oats to make my oat flour because that makes the recipe gluten free and you also get the protein and fiber from the oats!I am not gluten free but I do try to avoid gluten as I find it is better for my personal digestion and who would complain about that?!

Dry Ingredients:
1.5 cups of rolled oat flour
½ cup of blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup grated and squeezed zucchini
1 cup ripe mashed bananas (about 3 depending on the size)
2 eggs
¼ cup greek yogurt
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins:
4 scoops collagen protein
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (I make mine without but add them into the kids’ muffins!)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400° fahrenheit and grease your mini muffin tin.I like to use olive or avocado oil spray.
Combine all dry ingredients
Beat your eggs and then combine all wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix well to combine
Add in your optional additions now
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mix into each tin
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes (This will give you a crispier muffin top)
Lower heat to 350° and bake for another 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove the tray from the oven and let cool on a wire rack

Say a little prayer of gratitude that Spring is finally arriving. 🌱 Eat and enjoy!

Three years since she was taken to heaven. Three birthdays without her.
And somehow I continue to grow around the gaping hole left in my heart.
But her lessons still echo louder than ever.
She was such a gem in so many beautifully unique ways, and it is my honor to carry on her legacy. She loved so fiercely. So passionately.

May the love she gave so freely continue to ripple outward — through me, through you, and through every heart it touches. ✨

Love like this doesn’t disappear… it becomes a light we carry forward. 🤍 Today and every day, Mom. I love you. 🪽

Meditation doesn’t always look the way we imagine it.

Today I didn’t sit cross-legged with my eyes closed and hands in mudra.

Instead, I put my phone on Do Not Disturb and disappeared upstairs into the quietest corner of my house. No texts. No emails. No distractions.

For two hours I immersed myself in my Pilates training.

Completely focused. Completely present.

And it was blissful.

It may not have looked like the “traditional” meditation we often picture, but the essence was the same — a one-pointed mind. I was connected. Tuned in. In flow.

Meditation isn’t only found in stillness on a cushion.
Sometimes it’s found in movement.
In creation.
In learning.
In the moments when the noise fades and your awareness sharpens.

Maybe your meditation is a run.
Maybe it’s painting.
Maybe it’s cooking a beautiful meal.

There is always value in learning to sit in stillness…
but there is also something sacred about discovering the many ways we can enter a meditative state.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
