Seeing the results of your hard work can be incredibly rewarding and encourages you to keep going.
You just need to find ways to track them e.g.
🔸Write down your daily #wins
🔸Make a list of the good #habits you’ve achieved every day
🔸Comparing your #progress to a previous version of yourself; this time yesterday, last week, last month, or last year
🔸Use a visual aid such as charts or graphs
🔸List what has worked and what hasn't worked
Remember to use rewards and incentives: Setting rewards for reaching specific milestones or goals can help motivate you to keep pushing forward
To make easier you can record these in a progress journal or log.

Decision making can be intimidating but just like riding a bicycle, keep pedalling and you'll eventually find your balance.
Remember, when learning to ride; you have to take risks; you have to fall; you have to fail; you have to get hurt.
Once you’ve mastered it; that’s not the end. You can still fall; get hurt; ride fast; ride slow and you’ll go through several bicycles throughout your lifetime.
You may even give up cycling altogether.
But once you’ve learnt you’ll always know how to ride a bicycle.

Last November, I hosted a Journalling Together group session where a participant expressed their difficulty with journalling. I reassured them that there is no correct method for journalling and suggested a simple approach, such as keeping a one-word journal.
My one word journal example today is Cold. However, the key about journalling for me is the reflection. You only need to ask yourself one question to reflect so here are two example questions I use to reflect when I'm journalling.
1. How did my chosen word come up in my day today?
I chose this word because in the UK it has begun to get extremely cold and I think they are predicting snow on Wednesday. I’m not looking forward to the snow, but I work from home now so maybe it doesn’t matter as much any more.
Or
2. What feelings does this word bring up for me, and why?
If I think about the cold just on it’s own, then I feel miserable, but when I compare it to being too hot, being cold makes me feel much happier. As long as I am dressed appropriately and wearing layers, can turn the heating up; sit under a duvet and watch TV; use an electric blanket; have lots of hot drinks, I can still work, feel cosy and be productive.
But when it’s too hot I always feel as if I can’t cool down; I get heat rash; the AC stuffs up my nasals and there’s never anywhere to cool down. So in reality, I really like the cold when it's a normal working week, except when I get a cold but I unfortunately, I'll have to reserve really hot weather for holidays.
In this example I haven't gone deep into feelings and that's fine. It's about getting started and finding your own rhythm.

Posted @withregram • @eli_leo_art Taking life one step at a time! Just remember, you only need enough bravery for the next step, not the whole staircase. Keep moving forward, one step at a time, and you’ll reach your goals!

Taking things forward one step at a time is okay because progress isn't a competition.
Journalling Question;
What is one small step that you can take today with the aim of moving forward to make progress?

"I am capable and worthy of love and success" is a great affirmation, but many women need the steps to help them fulfil this.
1: Decide what #success and #love means to you.
2. How do they align with your #values and #aspirations?
3. How can you use your #capabilities to pursue success and love in a way that feels #authentic and #fulfilling to you?

Posted @withregram • @pivot_to_happiness Repeat until it sinks in 🙃
Seriously.
In case you didn’t know, it is YOU who decides what and how you think. No one else has the power over YOUR thoughts ❤️
Please, do yourself a favor, stop for a moment, and reflect on the thoughts you’re thinking on regular basis.
💭Are they positive?
💭Focused on the good things?
💭Encouraging and loving?
💭Do they support your goals?
Or do you spend hours and days, in your head, worrying, blaming, proving other people wrong, proving yourself wrong, and finding plenty of reasons to complaint or not to feel RESPONSIBLE for your own life? 🤯😤😓
Many people find it easier to stay in victim mentality, to blame and complain, than to take the responsibility for what happens, because they have never tried any different. No one has ever told or shown them, that as soon as they start directing their thoughts to all that is serving them, the outside circumstances will start changing in their favor.
And yes, you can train your mind to positive thinking and transform your life, little by little, from the inside out.
I see it (and help women do that!) every day 🥰
I watch beautiful ladies take responsibility for their thoughts and create better, more fulfilling, and happier lives.
Ask yourself - do I truly WANT to be happy?
If the answer is YES, then start with your thoughts.
The rest will follow.
I promise 🤍
with love,
✨Kasia

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
