How do we achieve range in our closets, express ourselves through myriad colors, and still retain our throughline? In other words, how do we make sure we look like ourselves? The answer’s not complicated, but it does mean letting go of some singular ways of thinking about what color represents.

The source of frustration in your closet, or when shopping, has not been driven by lack of choice. Rather, it’s a bit of undoing what you’ve learned, understanding who you are, and how to articulate that visually through your personal style.

Understanding the role color can play to help you lean into the way you feel can help you think more critically about what you’re feeling and how you want to communicate that through your style. When you understand your intent, and are able to convey it visually, it gives you a sense of calm, the calm that comes when you are quite sure of yourself.

By using simple Color Math, the pieces you love can take on different vibes to match your mood—the solve for feeling as though you have nothing to wear. Color is a language, and how you combine it in your clothing tells a story. To learn more, comment Color Math and we’ll send you a link to “Color is a Language” by Tibi Founder & Creative Director, Amy Smilovic on Substack.

Three steps are all that you need to build out the perfect closet construct. Where do you start? With the Fundamentals, of course.

Meet your WOFs (Without Fails). Often likened to a confidante—the person who knows you better than you know yourself—Without Fails are just that: the pieces you turn to time after time because they inexplicably tell the story of who you are. Stylistically, when we’re unsure of where an outfit starts, how to elevate it, or when to ground it, we always refer back to our WOFs to connect the dots of our narrative thread.

To learn more about building a foundational wardrobe that works for you, comment WOF and we’ll send you a link to “A Creative and Pragmatic Closet in 3 Simple Steps” by Amy Smilovic on Substack.

For more information on our Fundamentals, visit Tibi.com or connect with one of our expert stylists at @tibi.flagship, @tibistsimons, and @tibi.studio.vienna

Color Math by Location: London

Every destination has a color formula. It’s defined by the tone, the temperature, and the terrain of the area. In London, Rings 2 and 1 will be your grounding palette here. In a city whose heritage leans a bit more classic, neutrals serve as the base formula. But, London is a city after all, so leaning into lively pops of modernity is key—touches of bold Ring 4 hues for fashion’s sake, married with a hint of Ring 3, the “ish” colors.

When you show up in a city in the wrong colors, you feel out of place. When we travel, we want to feel at ease in our new environment. At the same time, we want to always feel like ourselves. Get the color story right, and the rest will follow. We’re headed to London—swipe to see what we’re packing.

For more information, connect with any of our stockists listed here, or with our stylists @tibi.flagship, @tibistsimons, and @tibi.studio.vienna. To read more about packing using Color Math, comment “LONDON” for a link to our article on The Creative Pragmatist Substack.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
