I realise I haven't made one of those intro-type-thingy-majiggys. Inspired by @earthchildremedies intro video, I decided to make this...

These platforms can create barriers to connection & community. Replacing life with highlights of our 'good' moments. It can leave us feeling competitive, seeking likes & statistics. I feel inspired when people share their pages as extensions of themselves. I'm determined to create content that not only reflects my art but also the journey towards creating that art. That includes the hard times too!

For old and new members of the Communitree, here's what you can expect in from me!

Art is my therapy is back!

On the 20th of June we'll be teaming up with @pelican.house to host a special event centred around community. We will host screenings, have discussions and hold a creative workshop to process all that has been felt.

If you have art on the topic of community and would like to share it at our event, tag yourself or someone you think would be perfect for this event.

If you are interested in coming for the workshops, comment "COMMUNITY"

Stay blessed and enjoy the heat ☀️

It's been almost a year since my first ever headline show! 🤯 And whilst it was such a magical event co-curated by @bmtculturehub - due to mental health challenges, I didn't really get show much of the footage.

Here's a live version of 'we celebrate' from my latest EP 'let it flow'

Check out let it flow on Bandcamp 🔗 LINK IN BIO

Big up the incredible artist involved in this video @griftonnb1
@benji_on_drums
@zamarnadine
@jamesshephardmusic
@teshaymakeda_
@theurbancellist_cornwater
@christopher.rahman

and @lavandafilmsuk for capturing this moment.

I realised it's Mental Health Awareness Week, and if you know my journey with mental health, it's been a rollercoaster! 🎢

I'm celebrating 8 months out of hospital✨ the longest for 4 years (I'm really excited to share the art that i've created amongst and in reflection of it - but in due time, of course)

Anyways, I made this video a while ago to share some of things I do daily to keep my health in balance. What are some of the rituals you do?

The deadline to register to vote is the 20th of April. Have you registered?

With the rise of the far right using billionaire money to fund their divisive campaigns, I felt compelled to create this...

Bump it, chant it, sing it, shout it

Mama reminds us, no matter what, everything comes and goes...

Inspired by @nadeemdingabisi track, I Land, I asked if I could do a cover to welcome in spring. He said, yes & well, here it is...

How do you find peace and ease despite the current goings on in the world?

Coming back to social media in times like these can feel a little like self-harm. We’re witnessing so much chaos in the world right now, it can be easy to slip into despair.

Feeling powerless to affect any meaningful change, mama reminds us that even the bee is significant to the ecosystem. That a river can shape a mountain with its gentle persistence.

And so must we hold our torch up especially amongst dark times.

To those who try their best to move with grace and intentional love. We see you...

As we seem to be wrapping up this calendar year with memories, I'd thought i'd post this before I take a rest from social media for a couple months. These pictures and videos sum up my journey this year in 2025.

This year saw me hospitalised twice, in fact i've been in hospital ten times in last five years. This lack of consistency has really been a barrier to building with my art and you, my communitree.

This post is in a way a reflection of those times. Willing that I can leave this period behind and start '26 with consistency and health 🙏🏿

1. The Divine - taken from I show I was a part of called Ancient Futures (this was actually in '23 but I thought it was a cool way to sum up the many things that I did despite my mental health challenges.)

2. come unity - I released a single called come unity, a high energy song about coming together in unity. I invited friends to come for a day of games, & food and had such a beautiful time.

3. let it flow - I released my third EP called 'let it flow' which is about my connection to Mami Wata and how she has been there for me in some of hardest moments

📸: @stevereevesphotographer

4. let it flow intimate listening party - A group of us sang and flowed to the sounds of 'let it flow'

🎥: @musicbynush

5. The Gang - At a @texture_event with some of London's finest poets, rappers and singers. Was such a joyous night. Big up you guys!

6. I won @poetictemple Gold Bars Poetry Slam, next to me is my good bro @ob3arts . The nights that happen at Poetic Temple are special. High vibrational art every time 👌🏿

7. Oh yeah, I've taken down most of my music from that exploitative entity that is Spotify, if you wanna check out my music and support go to Bandcamp ;)

8. Enter the Root Launch party - Such a special night...

🎥 : @lavandafilmsuk

9. My Grandma Nanny, Lola passed away whilst I was in hospital. That was tough... but in an odd way, I i feel more connected to her now than I have ever before. Rest in Peace nan 🫶🏿🤲🏿🙏🏿

10. Me making a video about how I help maintain good health ❤️

11. watching the bird mumermation at a @wanderersofcolour event that I facilitated at 😍

12. Building Small small 🌱

4. let it flow intimate listening party - A group of us sang and flowed to the sounds of 'let it flow'

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
