A great talk between Luke @igotleveridge and Ulrich about Finding Motivation Beyond the Self.
Ulrich speaks about how motivation expands when it’s rooted in service and when we wake up not just for ourselves, but for the people and the mission we’re committed to. Showing up becomes less about willpower and more about answering something greater than our own comfort.
For Luke true discipline isn’t brute force, it’s hearing the call and choosing to respond. Sometimes that means sacrificing self-centered desires to honor the work, the purpose, and the people we serve.
→ Service becomes the momentum.
→ Purpose becomes the fuel.
→ And motivation becomes something we no longer have to chase because it pulls us forward.
