Oak Street is shutting down tomorrow, April 29th, for a massive public roller skating session. We’re clearing out our parking lot for a DJ and keeping the beer flowing all evening.
Come through for some liquid courage before you hit the pavement, or just grab a seat on the patio for some world-class people-watching.

Our friends Casual Business return to the back patio Saturday from 6-9pm, featuring guests Blue Root and Surge Du Monde. We’ll be releasing a single keg of Sunset Weekend, a special blended IPA crafted specifically for the show.

Ooh, shiny. ✨

Meet Chromascope, a West Coast IPA that is as vibrant as its label. This is one we’ve been really excited about. It’s tasting exceptionally bright, clean, and hits those sweet, candy-like hop notes that make a WC IPA really pop.

The star of the show is Krush, a newly renamed experimental hop. We managed to snag just one precious box of this at hop selection and we certainly made it count. We paired it with El Dorado and Centennial to create a beer that is vivid, expressive, and bursting with citrus zest and pine resin.

There’s nothing like the smell of a fresh IPA on canning day. We’ve got a brand new one dropping shortly that we’re particularly stoked on. Stay tuned!

TIGRE CANELA

As the weather cools down, we are shifting into stout season. Introducing Tigre Canela, a Horchata Milk Stout designed with a velvety mouthfeel and balanced sweetness.

Brewed with lactose and natural horchata and cinnamon bun flavorings, this beer offers a decadent profile without becoming overly heavy. Expect prominent notes of cinnamon roll and chocolate milk on the nose, followed by flavors of brown sugar shaken espresso and arroz con leche.

The tropical week continues with mango coconut DIPA Tap 9.

Cloud Dancer Hazy IPA

There are some collaborations that just feel right from the first crack. For this one, we teamed up with our friends at Malibu Brewing Company and their head brewer Chas Cloud (get it?) to put together something special.

The centerpiece of this beer is the experimental hop Ramosa from Segal Ranch. We’ve been tracking this hop for a while, and the results blow us away. Paired with Comet from Loza Farms, it has transformed this 7% Hazy IPA into a total fruit bomb. Think of a fresh fruit smoothie—heavy on the ripe pineapple, peach, and mango, with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel thanks to a heavy hand of malted oats and white wheat.
This isn’t just another hazy; it’s a showcase of what happens when you get the right people and the right experimental ingredients in the same brewhouse.
