As a designer, it’s always been my dream to see my work on those iconic steps. Maybe not today—but I trust it will happen at the right time, in the right moment.

Inspired by my Fall/Winter 2026 collection, this custom jumpsuit draws from the architecture and tones of the Vessel, blended with mid-century costume elements—the bustle, sculpted puff sleeves, and a sense of grandeur—reimagined to feel modern, sexy, and powerful.

I wrote this on Day 1 when I competed in Dress My Tour. I finished as 1st runner-up. I was sad and disappointed, but I didn’t let that stop me—I kept going. A year later, I won Project Runway.

It’s a reminder that we don’t always get what we want right away—not because we don’t deserve it, but because something else is still unfolding.

So if you’re reading this and holding onto hope, don’t give up. Your dreams can come together at the right time. It’s all worth it ❤️
