The centre has become home to a stunning artwalk trail, featuring large-scale street art on both our internal and external walls. This creative transformation is part of a collaboration with the Frankston Street Art Festival, bringing together an exciting mix of local and international artists to showcase bold, colourful works right in the heart of the Frankston CBD.

It’s Bayside’s third year supporting the local art festival, and we’re pleased to turn the everyday shopping trip into a cultural art experience - giving customers another reason to visit Bayside.

🔋 Powering the future💡

We’ve integrated cutting-edge battery storage technology at our centres, Lake Haven Centre in New South Wales and Broadmeadows Central in Victoria.

Generating enough to power around 300 homes for a whole day (a combined 4.8MWh) we’re enhancing energy efficiency, supporting grid stability, reducing electricity costs, and ensuring a reliable environment for our customers and tenants.

Leveraging the atmosphere of last week’s Grand Prix in Melbourne, adidas Emporium became the heartbeat of motorsport, offering fans a range of unforgettable customer experiences.

Demonstrating their commitment to delivering on our Purpose to shape meaningful places where communities connect, the team at Elizabeth City Centre has supported a variety of community activations and groups over the past year.
