WALLS Presents PARALLX on 05.09.2024

Parallx hails from the gritty industrial landscapes of Western Germany, a setting that has profoundly shaped his sound. His music, a fusion of EBM, Industrial, and ‘90s Techno, is a reflection of his experiences on dancefloors across the globe. While his tracks pack a powerful punch, they are crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

As a resident DJ at Berlin’s renowned club RSO, Parallx is known for his extended, unique DJ sets. His rise in the global techno scene was marked by his recognition as the #3 “”Newcomer of the Year”” in Groove Magazine’s 2017 annual reader’s poll. His continued success proves that prediction right.

Detroit’s DJ Bone [ @djbone313 ] is back at WALLS this Saturday, 17.08.2024

WALLS Presents Mary Yuzovskaya on 31.08.2024 🔊

Cerebral, powerful and unique best sum up Berlin-based Mary Yuzovskaya’s take on techno. Despite coming up in the mid-2000s, Mary’s route into techno is as rooted in the culture as it gets. While an initial stint in Berlin cemented a reputation for Mary’s precise approach to her craft as a vinyl-only DJ who explores the subtleties of techno, it was a move to NYC in 2013 which took her career as an artist to the next level.

Numerous residencies, not least a three-year run at the influential Unter, helped refine Yuzovskaya’s unhurried, storytelling sound whilst developing a dedicated audience on the dance floor and the wider techno scene. While trends ebb and flow in techno, Mary Yuzovskaya stands steadfast with her singular voice and vision.

Born and raised in Belgium’s capital Brussels, Marhu emerged as new talent in the underground electronic music scene. Having both Swiss and Belgian heritage, her artistic journey has been enriched with diverse cultural influences. Her journey into music production was sparked by a profound fascination with the iconic acid synthesiser, the tb303, which left an indelible mark on her early works. Recognised as an ‘emerging act’ on Beatportal’s radar in 2022, Marhu is hailed as one of Belgium’s most promising DJs and producers.
