Which?
Which? is the UK’s consumer champion, here to make life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone.
We’re excited to share our new TV ad, launching this evening exclusively on Channel 4. It showcases how Which? empowers consumers to speak up, stand up and demand better choices.
In a world full of noise, where companies too often put profit over people, it’s harder than ever to know who to trust.
For nearly 70 years, Which? has been the UK’s consumer champion: putting people before profit, asking the questions no one else will, and fighting to make life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone.

🚨 The travel and home insurance markets are broken and we are paying the price.
The price of that failure isn't just financial.
It's the stress and anxiety of being made homeless or living in a home not fit for purpose, the panic of holidaymakers stranded abroad, and a life on hold.
For too long, the regulator has ignored industry failings – while people continue to suffer.
That’s why, today, we’ve made a super-complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
This is a significant legal power that we have, and we don’t use it lightly.
We demand real change. No more excuses. No more waiting. People deserve an insurance market that works.
It’s time for the FCA to act. With us? Share this video, tag your friends and help us spread the word.

Some common garden plants can be hazardous if eaten, especially for young children who may be drawn to colourful flowers or berries.
If you have little ones at home, it’s worth checking what’s growing in your garden and teaching them which plants to leave alone.
Comment ‘HAZARD’ and we’ll send you our guide to 12 summer safety hazards every parent should know about.
Congratulations to @aldiuk who have been crowned the cheapest supermarket in April 🏆 👏
We checked the prices of 96 popular branded and own-brand groceries, including milk, cheese and Hovis sliced bread, at eight of the UK’s biggest supermarkets throughout March to see how they compared.
Back in 2024, we launched a landmark legal claim against Apple claiming the tech giant breached competition law, effectively locking millions of consumers into its iCloud service at rip-off prices.
Around 40 million Apple customers in the UK who have used iCloud services on or after 8 November 2018 could be entitled to up to £70 in compensation if the claim is successful.
And we have good news. We’ve been certified to take forward the claim against the multi-trillion dollar tech giant.
Being certified means the court has agreed that Which? is a suitable organisation to represent UK consumers on a collective basis - and we’re proud to do so.
No company should be able to abuse its market position and we believe Apple ripped off their customers with inflated iCloud subscription fees, and we plan to hold it to account.
This is one step closer to seeking compensation for iCloud customers.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
