很多住戶抱怨物業/管委會，管理住戶像是在管犯人一樣，對自己都超鬆散。
規定住戶使用公設要付錢（或使用點數），物業卻能自由進出在內吃飯，

交誼廳冰箱裡面，物業可以放自己的食物，但住戶不可以！

這是什麼奇怪的管委會啊？管委會是要來管物業有沒有認真上班，怎麼變成只管住戶呢？
