I started this class in southern utah 18 years ago because there was NO WHERE for adults to take class….here we are today…still going and I’ll go till I’m graduated this life 😆🥹🙏🏽

There’s something so special about dancing with friends who love the same things you do—movement, music, and God. ✨

When we dance together it’s a reminder that joy is holy, that community is sacred, and that God shows up in the middle of it all. 💃🏼

The same way He places people in our lives to strengthen us and lift us higher! 🙌
Grateful for the gift of friends who push me, cheer for me, and point me back to Him in every season. ❤️
