Darling Point honours its heritage but amplifies it through considered layers.

Original ornate pressed metal ceilings meets high-gloss paint wrapping walls and ceiling. At centre, vintage Murano chandelier above a Van Rossum dining table surrounded by vintage Cab chairs. The perfect place to gather.

Conceived as a modernist home, intimate, layered, inviting you to linger @scanlantheodore Canberra boutique feels futuristic yet familiar, with a nostalgic sense of having been here before. 

Custom display units and shelving contrast against carefully sourced vintage furniture, creating dialogue between eras.

Walnut, aged brass, and Rosso Levanto stone converge in Darling Point’s kitchen. 

Through the doorway: a glimpse of the ground floor foyer where subtle curved balustrades offer contemporary interpretation of Queen Anne heritage style.

With sweeping views of Sydney’s skyline, Redfern unfolds gradually, revealing new subtleties as you move through the space. 

In the living room, the palette runs to earthy ochres and burgundies overlaid with saturated colour. Moody and harmonious.

A glimpse into the double height void lobby of The Queensbridge Building, our latest multi-residential project in the heart of Southbank. 

The project reimagines contemporary living, supporting an array of lifestyle needs: co-working spaces, private dining, wellness amenities. One connected community.
