This is everything I ate at @goodonyaorganic.restaurant (aka my favorite restaurant ever)

Started off with their new Hello Hydration drink 💧🍋🌿
Made with @juna.world chlorophyll detox drops and Goodonya’s hydrate electrolytes. This was so light and refreshing and paired amazing with the burger.

Then came the main course...this burger was flirting with me. The Gyro Smash Burger— a 50/50 blend of @firstlight.farm ground beef + @atkinsranch lamb, topped with housemade pickled onions + tzatziki, arugula, tomato, and red wine vinaigrette on @thebreadunderground sourdough. Plus beef tallow fries, because…obviously.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get better…dessert showed up. The Churro Bowl 🍨 Made with their housemade churros, @strausmilk vanilla ice cream, dusted in cinnamon + sugar, and drizzled with @mayamoonco ceremonial cacao. Sweet, warm, and chocolatey perfection. If your mouth isn’t watering after reading that, I don’t know what to tell you.

STRAWBERRY COLLAGEN MATCHA 🍓🍵
Ingredients:
-2 Tbsp GoodOnya Collagen Peptides
-1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
-2 Tbsp hot water (not boiling!)
-Unsweetened coconut milk
-Ice
-Strawberry puree (blend ~10 Tbsp water and 4-5 strawberries)

Directions:
-Add Collagen Peptides & matcha to a bowl, then top with 2 Tbsp hot water and whisk
-Add a dash of coconut milk to cool down the mixture
-Pour over half a glass of ice
-Add coconut milk and strawberry puree to the top of the glass
-If you like it sweet, add a dash of honey
-Enjoy! 🍓
