Could quite easily edit out all the walking down things, awful line choices and lie downs but then you wouldn’t get to see the real vibe of the day ✨

What better way to show you on the X5! So here’s a mash up to pretty much sum up the day. Squealing, screaming, big laughs to myself and mainly just having a proper good day out on bikes 🔥 big up @insta360europe 🫶

I don’t care that I walked down bits, or that I even had some of the slowest most stupid lie downs 😂 what matters is that I gave it all a go. I pushed myself even when I knew I was a little bit scared because to get better you need to try things and be bad sometimes!

I really surprised myself that I could actually enjoy these types of trails! Best fun I’ve had riding out my comfort zone 🤝🩷

Here’s my POV from the dirt jumps at @phoenixbikepark 💁🏼‍♀️ it started off with being unsure about being able to ride my bike so much that I was ready to put my bike away 😔

This was such a long process for me but I’m so happy I finally did it incase you didn’t know because of my screams!! 🎉 massive fat thanks to the gals for supporting me @charlottelucythompson @laurendarlene @holliclaark 🩷

These type of jumps are so scary to me because they were so intimidating. I’m determined to build up my confidence this year with more dirt style jumps 👊 you can do anything you put your mind to and this took a lot of finally believing in myself 🥹
