MAKE Projects
Experienced project leaders in Vancouver BC, guiding creative visions for Commercial, Education, Health Care, Municipal & Industrial Projects

Development projects are becoming more complex, placing greater demands on cost certainty, delivery timelines, and accountability.
This shift is driving the need for a more continuous, lifecycle-based approach to cost management.
Following the acquisition of RTA Quantity Surveying (RTA QS), the introduction of MAKE QS strengthens our advisory platform with integrated quantity surveying and construction cost management expertise.
Based in Western Canada and active nationwide, MAKE QS delivers a more coordinated approach to cost advisory. This supports informed financial decision-making across every stage of the development lifecycle.

Meet Larry Mac – Regional Director, Vancouver Island at MAKE
“I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.” – Albert Einstein
Larry’s journey has always been driven by an innate curiosity. From exploring the intricate ecosystems of tide pools to dismantling and reassembling objects as a child, he cultivated a fascination with how things function and connect. Architecture ultimately emerged as the ideal pursuit—an artful synthesis of science, creativity, and the quest for understanding. His enduring passion for uncovering how things work and devising innovative solutions continues to shape both his professional path and personal endeavours.
Outside of work, Larry finds joy in:
🌿 Aquascaping – there’s a zen-ness in crafting underwater ecosystems that blend creativity and science.
🎯 Long-range rifle shooting – a practice in precision and self-discipline.
🎣 Fishing – embracing the peace and calm of the open ocean, until there’s a bite.
🏍️ Motorcycling – engaging all the senses and allowing the self to merge with the machine on the open road.
📖 Staying active and curious – through hiking in nature or just diving into a good science read.
Larry brings this same curiosity and drive to every project he leads at MAKE. We’re lucky to have him on the team!

Thanks to Fusion Projects, NDY, Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd., KEL Design & Procurement Corp., MCM Interiors, and the JLL team for the collaboration.
Looking ahead to completion in 2027!

The City of Edmonton had a long-term vision when it assembled this land and committed to creating a new downtown park.
Located right across the street from our Edmonton office, O’Day’min Park (Cree for “strawberry,” symbolizing the heart) has quickly become a favourite part of our neighbourhood.
We’re proud to be based in downtown Edmonton, steps away from a space that reflects the city’s commitment to connection, culture, and community!
