As part of our ongoing Harrods partnership, we hosted a clothing repair workshop for Harrods colleagues at the Tailors’ space in Knightsbridge. The session guided the team through practical mending techniques empowering the team to repair, repurpose, rewear, and care for the clothes they already own.
By turning sustainability commitments into everyday actions, these workshops helped bring circularity to life, showing how small changes in how we care for our clothes can have a lasting impact. By working together, we can keep more quality clothing in use for longer and create greater impact for both people and planet.

Meet Mohammad Qaiyum, the son of a garment worker in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and one of 180 children thriving in safe, supportive care spaces with your support.
Since 2013, our partnership with Nagorik Uddyog has helped provide the children of garment workers with education, care, nutritious meals, and regular health check ups, laying the foundation for brighter futures.

Taking place as part of Yarn Stories, a screening of short documentaries exploring dyeing, weaving, quilting, lacemaking and embroidery, this is a chance to reimagine your clothes and give them a second life through repair.
Bring along one or two items from your wardrobe and learn how to mend and repair them with support from our expert visible menders.

If all UK adults bought half of their next wardrobe second-hand instead of new, it could prevent an estimated whopping 12.5 billion kilogrammes of carbon dioxide emissions entering the atmosphere. This is the equivalent to a plane flying around the world more than 17,000 times!
