Zero Density is setting a new standard for broadcast graphics production with the Lino —a unified, template-based workflow that simplifies content creation and control for overlays, bumpers, AR, XR, video walls, and virtual set graphics.

With the upcoming Reality 5.6 release, Zero Density also distributes a ready-to-use package of virtual set and on-air graphics for the Reality users, including the Open Studio License Program community, making it easier to onboard and start designing broadcast graphics immediately.

Zero Density’s latest virtual studio demo shows what’s under the hood to produce high-fidelity graphics with Reality5’s keying, rendering, and compositing pipeline.

From image-based keying to real-time ray tracing and data-driven graphics, everything runs in one seamless workflow.

Reality Hub plays a pivotal role in orchestrating everything from rundown management to live graphics playout, all within a web-based interface. All types of graphics whether 2D/3D or virtual can be controlled from the Lino Playout module in Reality Hub. 💪🏼

In this video, we're looking at the power delivery inside the EVO III Pro.

Power delivery to the GPU is one of the most critical engineering challenges in the EVO series. We designed a custom PCB that connects at a 45-degree angle to the 12VHPWR connector of the RTX 6000 Pro, delivering 600W — 50 amperes at 12V — through just two XT90 wires. The PCB is mechanically fastened to the GPU, applying constant gentle pressure to the connector to guarantee a secure connection at all times.

A custom 3D printed bracket locks the GPU firmly in place, protecting the PCIe slot and motherboard from damage during transport.
