❤️Your name rings around my mind all the time. Isn’t it weird that some people don’t have interior monologues? No constant chatter in their heads. Just pictures, maybe, or feelings that come as colors, or something else entirely I can’t quite imagine. I was reading about this today and I think I’m crazy. Well, not crazy. Just a little spicy in the brain. Because there is a constant chatter up there, in so many hallways. There is everyone and everything I’ve ever loved, and everything is loud, and I am talking and I am listening and everyone is everywhere, all the time.

If you’re feeling that old feeling again. I mean, you know your own old feelings. They could be dangerous or wild or sad or despondent. They are yours, and if you’re feeling them, you should probably give yourself a firm mirror talk. Ask yourself if you want to feel this way. Like really look at yourself. Wow. That’s harder than you want to admit, right?

This is a small nudge from me to you. I’m just this lady inside the Internet who loves you. This self proclaimed poet of your fucking heart. But I think you should talk more. Tell your trusted people. Book an appointment with your therapist. Because I’m watching everyone around me be confused, be little tornados, be scared.

Wow, I’m totally talking about myself here too‼️✨

I just think that this day in particular, maybe you make a list of everything you want on a small slip of paper and you eat it. Swallow it and then dance in your kitchen to Peaches & Herb and wrap your arms around yourself.
