Glen Close Batter Batter Swing.S/o to @decompoze while flashing back on the scene.I remember when I first spit this verse to Decompoze in a basement, no instrumental.This is the only verse I wrote while I was incarcerated.This long story.After her heard it,He said, "I got a beat for that." A couple days later he played me the loop you hear, no drums, then we went to DL spot and chopped it up and sequenced it.I didnt wanna rap over the same loop for the entire song, so we added a sequence that was a little more dramatic when the story turned static.My favorite part of the song is actually at rhe end, when this sample comes back in.
